The wrong size, or not quite your style? We'll make it right.

Every BFAIR piece is made in our own Mumbai studio, and we want you to love what you wear.

Easy 7-day size or style exchanges

• Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Just WhatsApp us on +91 99201 52949 or email support@shopbfair.in

• Exchange for a different size, or for a different style.

• If your new style is priced higher, you pay only the difference. If it's priced lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

• Return pickup is free. We'll send your new piece as soon as yours reaches us.

• Not sure about your size? Message us before you order and we'll help you choose.

Returns

• Prefer a refund? Request it within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.

• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10–12 working days of the item reaching us.

A few small things

• Pieces should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

• Please try on without makeup or perfume so we can accept the piece back.

• Final-sale pieces can't be exchanged or returned.
